Because our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.

Please carefully check your:

• Name spelling
• Letter choices
• Colour selections
• Customisation details

before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by MichCraft Studio, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Please note that slight variations may occur because each item is handmade/3D printed. Small differences in colour, texture, or finish may happen and are not considered defects.
