• As many of our products are 3D printed to order, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
