By purchasing from MichCraft Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All personalised products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, spelling, colours, and custom details are correct before submitting an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Estimated processing time will be provided on each product listing.

Product Information

Our products are 3D printed and may have slight variations in colour, texture, and finish. These natural differences are part of the handmade production process.

Payment

Payment must be completed before your order begins production.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may only be accepted before production has started. Once your personalised item has entered production, changes cannot be made.

Intellectual Property

Customers must not submit designs, names, logos, or artwork that they do not have permission to use. MichCraft Studio is not responsible for customer-provided designs or content.

Limitation of Liability

MichCraft Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our control.
